Well, in signs of what appear to be progress, at least for getting my value out of the program, I have received confirmation of 4 US Air tickets to Paris in Nov., and have just gotten out Feb. HHonors transfers posted. Nov. Paris tickets went smoothly, and just sent them in the money for the departure taxes, and they say they will then issue the tickets. Hope others are having success getting value for their LP miles.
