Would any plats be interested in sending a letter or e-mail to Smith Street so we could get an official answer that perhaps we could carry with us (if we were told it was open to the public?)
I'm only a silver - but if noone else steps up, I'll snail mail them a letter and wait for a response, they may be more eager to respond to a plat though.
