I get a good warm feeling when talking to LP on the phone. They pick up on the first or second ring, and they are polite and professional. When I told Rep. Jessie that I sent in certified and notarized copies of receipts and boarding passes on June 2nd, she already knew, from looking at my account info, that my documentation was in the correct department and that “it should post without a problem, just call back in a few days.”
I really expected them to balk at notarized copies, but so far so good. To make if easier for them (as I expect that they are overwhelmed), I included an annotated spreadsheet with all the qualifying activities.
