Thank you for your e-mail.

It normally takes 2-3 weeks for a stay to post to your HHonors account. If you
did not provide the hotel with your HHonors number when you checked into the
hotel or if it has been longer than 2-3 weeks, please mail or fax in a copy of
the hotel folios (bill) or a credit card statement showing the charges. We will
be happy to post the stay for you after receiving the information.

Please be advised:
April 03, 2000 was the official launch date for the former Promus hotels(i.e. Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Homewood Suites).Credit for a stay at one of these locations, that was prior to April 03, 2000, will not be given. I apologize for any miscommunication, but there will be no exceptions.


Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and be sure to include your name, HHonors account number, mailing address, and frequent flyer account number on all correspondence.
