The Hilton Paddington might be a option, it is right above the HEX station in London.

We are flying out of T3 and as the flight is not till 10:30, that means a check in around 07:30. So by staying at this Hilton, I get a sort of a lie in, then can have breakfast at the hotel and strol over to T3 and check in.....nice and easy with no rush!!!!!
