I think International is a whole other situation.The most consumer complaints about high prices, gouging and odd unstated rules have come from International destinations.That is a perception I have from reading Conde Nast Ombudsman and other such helpful consumer resources.I wonder if it is because they are not corporate owned have more chance for say a franchise to make their own rules?
