I did a reward stay there over the summer. Nice hotel, and as previously stated compact but nicely laid out rooms. I like the conveinance, but since we were not flying out of terminal 4 it took a HEX ride plus a long walk to get to our terminal and gates.

The Hilton Paddington might be a option, it is right above the HEX station in London.
