OK, all done and dusted.

Since the arrival of Swiss Jr, this is the first time i've been able to PYOBP - all very impressive when it works, although a single button to say "print ALL bp's" would be useful rather than having to jump in and out...

On checkmytrip.com i've seen some changes around the ticket numbers so indeed ticketing came up trumps.

Right, what am I entitled to in compensation

for the undue suffering of not being able to OLCI at T-23:59? Free gold for life and unlimited GUF2's

James - I was in there from the homepage rather than BAEC so it must have been a ticketing issue, but that's a good tip.
