Thanks - I finally got through to web support and it's an MFU booking. Apparently the ticket hadn't been upgraded properly (even though the miles were deducted in March) so there's a WT+ vs Club conflict in the system, but just for part of the party - I assume the infant.
Apparently ticketing are working on it now and I should be OK to check in in the next 30 mins or so...
That call took 30 minutes on their 0870 number - not a great start...
