So, I'm still a bit confused. As a President's Club member, I'm supposed to get a 2-class upgrade where available? I'm trying to understand what ez said...if I book a fullsize, I should only hope for a premium because SUV is in between?

Again, what should I book if I want the best shot at a luxury or better?
