Wow! That is so cool!

I'm in a similar situation. I got an award ticket for my sister on-line. When I didn't see it under 'My Itineraries' I figured that such a feat was well beyond the capabilities of the bomb. (I mean, is anyone surprised that my expectations weren't even that high?) But, as per this thread, it appears under 'View Past Itineraries'! Now I can rest that much more assured that there'll be a ticket for her in the UA computers at SFO when we travel to LAS next month!
