I must admit that I've had nothing but great experiences w/ the LP staff. They are always most helpful on the phone and my Million posted about 3 weeks after my last flight. I transferred 200K to Aces program and that took 3 days. Am taking a trip to Costa Rica next week and I got my ticket 6 days after I mailed them the request w/ the $14 money order. I didn't even request expedited service although it stated that I should have due to the late request.

Really sorry to hear you all are having such a hard time but just thought you should know some of us are having only positive experiences.....
