I booked an award trip for my inlaws yesterday as an anniversary gift.

Their last names are different than mine. They are not MP members.

Is there any way I can view their itinerary online to monitor schedule changes that may occur? I tried using "My Itineraries" and entering the record locator, but this can only be done on the upgrade screen.

If it can't be done at united.com, can it be done elsewhere such as virtuallythere.com?
