Was at YUL this afternoon connecting off of 871 to 8714 to YQB at 1330. Inbound from CDG was late and my bag came off carrousel at 1245....ran to cnx baggage counter outside Customs hall...ran upstairs to Domestic (now called section A, as of today) security to find a MASSIVE lineup.....20 minutes to get to the screening machines....

There was no AC agent around managing traffic and there is certainly no Fast Track security at domestic departures at YUL as suggested in the thread title by OP.
