Hertz despises them quite frankly but no they need partnerships.....
They were the ones who stared the FF excise tax on car rentals as well years ago.
Hertz is also abhorrent about posting promotional bonuses as well.
Avis in all fairness always comes through when something fails for me with a mileage posting ^
They do try harder I will give them that
