I couple of years ago I made a reservation for a single night at a Westin in DC. When my CC bill arrived I was charged for a room in DC and a room in Baltimore for the same night! Of course I disputed the billing but to no avail. Neither the CC nor the hotel would budge. They simply said I made both reservations and failed to show for the Baltimore room, thus I was charged. To this day I hate Westin (and come to think of it, I've not had particularly good luck with any Starwood property).
