Can somebody tell me how many miles it takes to upgrade from economy to business, and from business to first on long haul flights (eg Europe-USA or Europe-Hong Kong) with Lufthansa.
I know that Swiss Int. has doubled the miles required, and that compares very poorly with Air France's system for example.
