Yes (if I took it the day I was checking out) and yes. You mean you don't?
As a result, if they incorrectly charge me (as happened recently), I do phone up and get the charges removed. OTOH, it doesn't happen that often, and so far never had a problem getting them removed. I've never had tv charges. Got charged once everytime I lost the connection on the phone - complained (since it happened everytime I made a call), and got those charges removed at check-out.
