The Citadines at Place d'Italie and the Citadines at Austerlitz tend to have lower rates than most of the other Citadine properties in Paris. You can get a studio for below 100 Euros if you book the internet rate. You can cancel up to noon on your check-in day without penalty. Both of these properties are very near a huge Champion Supermarche where you can get groceries and other items at inexpensive prices. It is located on the lower level of the shopping mall at Place d'Italie.

I am going to Paris next week and found an apartment through Vacation Rentals by Owner that is 120 Euros. The website is www.vrbo.com.
