I've been charged a couple of times for items I did not take from mini-bar. The stupid thing was here's the conversation when I called:

Agent: "Thanks for calling Westin AGW"
BlissWorld "Hi, I have a question about my bill. I was checking my credit card statement and there was a charge I did not recognize."
Agent: "May I have your name?"
BlissWorld: "BlissWorld"
Agent: "It looks like the charge was for a bottle of water"
BlissWorld: "I did not drink the bottled water from my room. I was given some complimentary bottled water from the club lounge."
Agent: "Sorry about that. Actually, I see that you stayed in one of our suites, and bottled water is complimentary in our suites, so I will go ahead and reverse the charge."
BlissWorld "Uhm ok, thanks"

WTH?? Why would there even be a charge in the first place if water was COMPLIMENTARY to begin with? AND, why was I not informed that the water was complimentary?
