If you are at Green Bay for a free afternoon, go to the Packer Hall of Fame. Even if you have been there awhile ago, they recently moved and updated the Hall of Fame. It used to be across the street from the stadium. When they renovated the statium, they moved the Hall of Fame to the stadium. There is so much NFL history there. I think many non-Packer fans would find something there to enjoy.

During non-game days, I think they also offer Lambeau Field tours...
