Last year, I twice had the unpleasant check-out experience that once 4 and the
other time 2 locals calls were added to my tab.
As I never touch the phone/fridge/TV in a hotel, I complained .. only to
be told that they would add 4 and 2 local calls respectively to cover 'the basic
cost of the phone system'.
I find that phony by definition .
