PCWEB99 expired at the end of December, and was only for Premier Club members. According to LP customer service, the only bonus they have now is for members of US-based, non-LP affiliate airlines who have flown to Latin America in the 3 months prior to signing up. So if you are a member of American Advantage and flew to LAm, they will match the miles for the last three segments flown. That's how I understood it, but unfortunately I don't qualify.
