An update:
Virgin has not responded to my refund application that I mailed from BOS to the Norwalk Connecticut office in late August. Now the customer service manager in that office does not return my voicemails. My emails to
[email protected] yield no reply.
So I disputed the charge with Amex today. They opened a file and I faxed them my documentation. I also faxed a copy to Virgin in Norwalk. We'll see what happens.
This shouldn't be so trying.
