Yes and had plenty of problems. Tried to book a hotel and it came back confirmed only to get another email 3 days later telling me that the hotel was booked out. Tried again with 3 other hotels and had the same problem. Not sure why it takes 3 days to find out if the hotel is fully booked and am not sure why they say hotel is available when it is not. I ended up the Novotel Century Hong Kong and via their web site and found it to be a great place to stay.
