I used to use it all the time, but for Narita (discontinued over a year ago) and Haneda & Itami (now sadly on its way out). The Itami-Kyoto run was particularly sweet. I shall be on one of the last trips however on Sunday -- after the service has officially ended, but they honoured my reservation nonetheless. In the Platinum survey I filled in "bringing back Ainori" was my top suggestion for improving service.
