I've stayed here about 4-5 times over the past few months. As a gold, I still received the Au Bon Pain coupon (good for one pastry or breakfast sandwich + 1 drink). Never got an upgrade - I think they only have a couple of suites at this place. Got a water-facing view every time, usually on the top floor (3-4th floor?). Was never charged for parking - the gate is always up!
