I don't, but perhaps my point wasn't clear enough. If the government adjusts taxes or fixes fees, we can voice our support or disagreement during an election. Imperfect it may be, but politicians are accountable to voters. Airport authorites aren't, and I don't feel unelected public bodies should have the ability to levy "taxes" (or fees) on people without some accountability to the electorate. It hasn't been there since the airport authorities were created.
