Bart - if we're faced with a situation like this, what do you suggest we do to get this resolved while at the screening point and with our stuff? Who do we ask for, can we mention something for them to look at specifically, etc? For this scenario, could we ask them to show us where it says the container can't be un-labelled or will they tell us there is nothing or its SSI?
