Same here. Last August I flew HKG-AMS-DUS. Arrived in DUS without luggage and got the €25 voucher. About 15 people (out of apporx 40) form that same flight missed their luggage. I was not impressed by the handling in DUS: took a long time to record my information and when I tried calling to find out about the status of my luggage during the next two days I never got through to anybody. Eventually my luggage was delivered to my home three days later (and 3 hours later than I was promised the morning of the delivery day).

Complained (in writing) about the problems trying to contact them, but never received any respons.
