Well I've become a bit of a class queen now.
Sunday: Bodypump (or saturday if HI will let me!) or Cross Trainer. If not done those, there is a BodyAttack class (think 1980's aerobics without sweat socks).
Monday: Circuit training class (really hard now that new chap has taken over and one of the stations is boxing).
Tuesday: BodyCombat (aerobics where you kick the crud out of someone

)
Wednesday: Spinning in morning and BodyPump in evening
Thurdsady: Cross Trainer. Now modifying my routine to try more H.I.I.T training
Friday: BodyPump in AM.
Saturday: Either rest of will do bike/crosstrainer/rower
Got to say the BodyPump is working. I've only been doing it since end of June and I've got Pecs now! Not huge but defined nicely

I've become really addicted to it.
I was away in Algiers last week, so started the HIIT and for some reason it does seem to be attacking my waist line. So we shall see. I don't buy the: Only work out four mintutes per workout per week. But it has at least made a bit of a change in routine.
