Lets hear it. I was on a flight last weekend that mx'ed for about 2 hours. It's never a good sign when there are two mechanics standing at the jetway controls, playing with an open piece of avionics. After about 30 minutes they let everyone deplane, and then reboarded about 45 minutes later. One mitigating circumstance might have been that there was also weather, and I presume they couldn't work on the outside of the plane during weather issues. Also, they weren't sure if they'd shift everyone to a different gate, for a new aircraft. The plane left about 2 hours late (without me on it, wouldn't have made my legal connection).
