My pref is the RC Gtown. I love the rooms and lobby and the modern feeling. Service is the best I've had in DC. I personally like the rooms at the MO. Service is luke-warm and location is not great (unless you have a car in which case it is perfectly fine as it is within driving distance (and easy roads) of most of DC). I did not like the PH under its old incarnation (not to mention the service). I took a look at it when I was up there last and must say it is not worth the price. The rooms have bathrooms that are way too large and thus make the room feel really cramped. Also they came up with the idiotic idea of king OR two TWINS (the twins having no place for a cot). I'm still trying to figure out who is going to book two twins. These should have been doubles if that makes a difference to you. Overall, the hotel felt generic to me.

RC on 22nd is very traditional RC styling done pretty well. Do I like traditional RC? Not really!
