Price? T-Mobile. Their data is the cheapest by far. Speed+Coverage? Sprint. Their EVDO network has the largest footprint by far of the US 3G services and the fallback is still decent at 70-110Kbps. Note that ALL of T-mobile's coverage is EDGE which is good for 60-160Kbps.
