Those microbrews are pretty awesome in SLC, but here's an interesting thing I learned -- they have special systems to measure out exactly the right amount of alcohol because of limits on how much you can serve at a time in SLC. And the only reason they can serve you anything at all without a restaurant is because they are a private club (which are quite common in Park City, coincidentally).
