Nope. If the bank approves the transaction, the bank covers it, unless they can prove deliberate fraud. I did alot of non-card-present business and never had to pay for a stolen card/fraud type charge. If visa approves, it 99% of the time, they will cover it. That is why you usually pay a higher percentage fee for non-card-present transactions.

Chargeback reason code 83 describes how a chargeback can be issued for a card-absent environment transaction if "The card issuer received:
-A written complaint from a cardholder in regard to a card-not-present transaction, claiming he or she did not authorize or participate in the transaction"
