EWR terminal A this morning. I and my coworker were the ONLY two I saw with toiletries in ziploc bags. The TSA folks were telling each other about the rules despite the fact that they'd been open for a couple of hours when we went through (~7:30am). They completely ignored my bag of goodies. My coworker's was picked up and they looked to see that his items were all under 3oz. That was it. The line did not seem to be particularly slow, but they were barking orders at people as usual. As usual, the yelling meant that everyone ignored them.
