What are you buying

As A californian Travel Agent, I'm curious about what your buying from this travel agency.

If it's air tickets, why are they charging your card? If they are issuing the tickets then they will provide the card details to the airline and the airline charges the card when the agency runs the ticket.

If it's anything else, such as a vacation or hotel; then, again, the supplier can charge the card.

Are you paying any 'service fees' to the agency?
