No, Asiana does not fly to CLT. They do fly to many other cities were you could connect using US. You could fly CLT-(JFK or SEA or SFO or LAX)-ICN all on US and OZ (Asiana) with only one stop.

Both OZ and US are in the Star Alliance.

Why do you want to fly on Asiana though? If you fly on UA or NH (ANA) you can have the same connections (or ORD or IAD) and get to NRT without stopping in ICN. You would also collect Preffered miles on your US Dividend Miles account for the whole journey.
