IIRC: Chlorine (toxic gas), Nitrogen Trichloride (volatile, toxic), or Hydrazine (rocket fuel, explosive) depending on the conditions and ratio of ammonia to bleach.

But 3oz quantites aren't going to make very much, and as someone else said, splashing a coffee pot of water onto it should pretty much dilute the problem So it's not a very credible threat to aircraft or large numbers of passengers. And since they're not going to take perscription liquids or baby formula away (too much bad PR), a bad guy wanting to do this could just exploit those holes instead of bothering with 3 oz bottles.

Banning everyday household items is silly. Almost anything can be used as a weapon. Banning terrorists (i.e., good, legal, constitutional law enforcement at home and swift harsh military action abroad) is the answer, not taking away freedoms from Americans.
