They get to it by asking you to key in the 5 Digit Zip-Code of your mailing address that the Credit Card you are using has associated with it. Once you do that you are doomed and it remembers it even if you dont let the charge go thru and call back whenever.

I called up using different CCs and put in different Zips even thou the Zip I put in wasnt the 1 associated with my CC. Low and behold the tax came back as different. The cheapest I found was Vermont where they have a 6% tx mine is 8.375%, OK no Great savings but still why shouldnt it stay in my pocket.

Now if I can only find something in the 2 or 3% range

Does anyone know if there is a state that has no sales tax what-so-ever?
