It does sound like they handled this one well. And lets hear it for NW allowing passengers to deplane at the gate until the issues were resolved and they determined they were ready to go again!

That was actually pretty quick work at the gate to get a problem identified, repaired, get the plane refueled again, and get a new crew member on board.
