Glad to hear you had a positive experience. IMO, they provide great value flying to TPE and certain parts of Asia, (i.e. BKK). Their website is pretty crappy, compared to other carriers. They could do an upgrade on their site.
I've been told that their fares are even better when you book as a vacation package; though I have not looked into (and not sure if there is a single supplement charge that would negate the savings).
