False. The Pennsylvanian usually has a 2-1 configured Club-Dinette that serves as Business Class, so it should offer those great First Class seats. Much more private and comfortable than coach on the Capitol. I think it would be worth the early departure, especially considering the AGR redemption and the length of the trip.
The 2 & 1 seats are a bit roomier than those on the Capitol, but otherwise both seats have the same ammenities. That being foot rests, calf rests, and seatback trays.
And it's my understanding that the Pennsy doesn't always run with the 2 & 1 club cars. There are days where it seems to run with a standard Amfleet I business class car. In that case the Capitol's seats would definately be preferable.
