I have to confess that despite living in the UK all my life (30+ years), I've only been to Paris once AND that was a 2-hour turnaround at CDG! (I've been to other parts of France though.)

In order to rectify my shocking deficiency, I would love to join you all in Paris - taking the Eurostar on Saturday and back to London on Sunday - particularly if there's good French food involved (it's so long until the TLS Do next April!).

Please put me down as a maybe.
