False. The Pennsylvanian usually has a 2-1 configured Club-Dinette that serves as Business Class, so it should offer those great First Class seats. Much more private and comfortable than coach on the Capitol. I think it would be worth the early departure, especially considering the AGR redemption and the length of the trip.
I personally would value the better seat and small, quiet cabin over the availability of a dining car.
