Says it all Steve.. here is a prime example from my account:

5 Jan 2003 Award Upgrade to C SAT MEM -20000
5 Jan 2003 Award Upgrade to C SAT MEM -20000

Now these 'awards' were actually PE Comp Upgrades on NWA Metal on internal US Flights, but they won't listen!
