Well they don't charge for use of the loo or loo paper - YET - after all not everyone needs to use the loo during a flight so why should people who don't have to subsidise those who do (that was the argument used by Pikeyair to justify charging people for wheelchair use from checkin to gate).

BUT during all this palaver with changing hand luggage restrictions Ryanair have been charging people several GBP for any bags they have to check because of the restrictions even if they'd booked before 10th August (Ryanair charge for checking luggage)
