This is the message we had a year ago when the 12-month limit for earning we introduced. This time, it seems, the 12-month limit for booking and travelling on a 2-4-1 is the occasion for reissuing.
I think we might all be getting our wires crossed here. The email is nothing new. It is cinfirming what they sent out earlier in the year which said that we would all have 12 months as of Oct 2006. Amex are emailing us now ( 1 week before October 2006) reminding us that the new rules start very shortly.
At least, this is how I understood the email.
