Nice guy indeed. But I fear he needs to be educated in getting from Silver to Gold, perhaps with some TP runs. Also he needs to know how to avoid the middle seat (well, the Smirnoffs has bagged 1AC,2AC as well as 1D on this flight). But he definitely needs to know how to enjoy the CE service to the max. The poor guy declined the afternoon tea, didn't ask for any champagne. In fact he just had a glass of water, and that was it. What a waste.
